I met both owners on the day. I turned up a bit early, but this was not a problem. Very helpful & provided me with loads of info regarding ferry times, bus info & taxi company numbers. Property is suitable for getting ferry taxi over to Tilbury terminal. Would definitely use again. 5* can highly recommend.
