This was the first time that we used Park at my house. We weren't quite sure whether we were supposed to knock the home-owners door or not. We didn't, just left voucher No on dashboard, left the car & collected/drove off. Feel this could be made clearer in the instructions. Felt it was good value for money, good location & would use again both at this location & elsewhere as needed
