Great friendly service, parking space is right outside the lounge window so feels very secure. Less than 10 minute walk from Millenium Stadium. Will use this again!

Good and helpful communications with the friendly owner Isaac. The spaces are very easy to be found if you look at the Google Street View before going. It's not on someone's driveway, but in a resident only area along a long wall, right by the given address, which is very good and secure. The 15-minute walk to the Millenium Stadium is very easy as well. The whole experience is great - saved us from getting in and out the city wondering if there's any parking space available with 70,000 spectators all in one place. We would definitely recommend this place!

This attempt to park was a disaster. A cople of days I tried to advise that I wanted to park an alternative vehicle. I had no response to my email. I then telephoned the number provided on the booking agreement to be told that the number was not accepting calls. On arrival at the premises i was told that there were no spaces available (despite my booking) and that I should park my vehicle on some waste ground, I subsequently discovered that this is in fact owned by the council. Fortunately I was paying on arrival so it did not cost me anything but based on my experience I would not recommend for use in the future.

This was a scam. The house in question 44 Thomas St Cardiff is conveniently located for the Millenium stadium on a rather rough council estate. The condition of the estate would not be such a problem if you could park on the drive, however the man at the house only has space on his drive for one vehicle but he accepts multiple bookings and directs car owners to council owned car parking spaces near his house. I spoke to one of his neighbours who described him as a con man and said that they had tried to report it the council. Another gentleman who had booked a space felt so uncomfortable leaving his car in a council space he decided to try to find somewhere else. As for your comment on not leaving negative comments and asking customers to resolve problems...that my friend is YOUR job and if I was running your business I would be very keen to sort this problem out because it gives your business a 'black mark'. So if you have any concerns about the reputation of your business I would sort this out double quick. I would be very wary of using parkatmyhouse in future as a result of this experience.

What a SCAM!! found the place easy enough, but there were cars already on the drive, we rang the phone number provided which went straight to answer phone. After knocking on the door the gentleman who answered laughed and said \"ha ha not another one!, you can park anywhere there its free to park for anyone\" so we left the car, feeling rather annoyed that the space advertised is not on a driveway. there was no CCTV as advertised. Please do not book this space.

Area different than we envisgaed and were a little preturbed at leaving the car there!. Pretty rough vicinity and contact in house was not there and those who were didn't seem clued up about what was goinmg on. The guy Isaac was away and had left his brothers phone details which proved a bit confusing! However, all was OK in th eend. Parked Ok and retrieved cars all in good order!

Parking in Cardiff, 10 March 2012 I used your facility to park a car in Cardiff for the Rugby International against Italy on Saturday afternoon at 44 Thomas Street. When I found the address there was no place in front of the house, both the path and small garden already had cars parked on them. Someone answered the door but displayed no knowledge of the arrangement, however, he said would ring the landlord. He failed twice. When we phoned the number we had on the parking permit, we quickly got hold of the landlord. He said that if the garden was full, we should park on the road. I did not pay £6.99 to someone so I could park nearby on the road! I wish to have my money refunded. If this does not happen, I shall have to refer the matter to Cardiff Trading Standards Office. They might be interested in knowing what is happening under their noses. I am attaching the parking deatils I was sent last week. Graham Griffiths

Used this when going to a recent rugby international.It is an easy 10 min walk to the stadium and straight along a main road to the River Taff. Was also easy to get out to the M4 East .
