I decided not to park here and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do so. It is a business property, but the businesses have closed down except for a snooker hall. The parking is at the rear and although it has cctv I did not feel safe to leaving my car there. Just opposite the entrance to the car park, there is some kind of social centre that had a lot of very rough looking young men outside and the clinching factor for me not park there was that when I drove into the car park, there was an Audi parked with the whole of it's windscreen smashed. Also before I drove into the car park a person who lives behind Wellington house, said it was a rough area and recommended I don't park there. I ended up parking on the street, which was for one, closer to my destination and two, safer on the street than at Wellington house. A waste of £18. Take my advice, do more research than I did before buying a parking spot and DON'T park here.

The address mentioned the street name and post code. Went to the post code but could not find the buiding. Asked various people but none new. Phoned the owner and the message went to an answering machine. Hence had to wait until I received a reply about half an hour later. Checked my email the next day and found that additional information about location was sent, but indeed too late.

Well communicated by email. Directions given were easy to follow hence easy to find. 24 hour CCTV security puts you at ease knowing your car is going to be safe. SWALEC stadium is a short walk from the car park and easy to find. Would definately use again when coming to the SWALEC stadium again.
