This is a space in a small private car park very handy for the centre of Bath. It is less than 5 minutes walk from Pulteney Bridge.The access is via Henrietta Place, just off Grove St.
The car park is very safe, being overlooked by a large number of privately owned flats, both from a personal safety and vehicle security point of view.In 36 years ownership, I am not aware of any incidents involving personal safety or theft from vehicles in the car park.All rental agreements are annual and run from June 30 and can be renewed if required. New lettings pay pro-rata for the year up to the next June 30 date.Current price £ 840 p.a. If more than one year is required, the price remains fixed, otherwise rent is increased in line with inflation.Only one space is available at present because most owners renew year after year.
