Large, Open, Flat Driveway in Maple Ridge, British Columbia (233 Street, Silver Valley):
My driveway is a large, clean, open, flat gravel driveway with no real height restrictions. Please note that the street view photos taken from Google are several years old (e.g. there’s no gate at the front of the property).
Given it’s size*, it’s big enough to host a couple of vehicles, e.g. it could fit a large van/minibus and a very small car or two large cars, etc. You can rent it out daily, weekly or monthly (and can access it any time), and the space can be used for a variety of vehicles, e.g. truck/boat/RV/trailer/ATV/skidoo/jet ski/etc.
My property is a stone’s throw away from the beautiful Alouette River/Maple Ridge Park (which gets very crowded during the summer as it's popular with families as it's great for picnics, it has a children's playground and WildPlay is just a five minute walk away (so finding public parking can be a bit of challenge)), as well as very near to several smaller, secluded rivers that seem to have remained a local secret, an abundance of trails (horse/hiking) and a nearby local equestrian centre. Depending on my schedule, I'd be very willing (for a small fee) to provide a pick up/drop off service so that you can enjoy the 'lazy river' (Alouette River) that goes from Davidson's Pool (aka 'Hot Rocks') for about a three-hour floaty ride (you can get off sooner at various spots along the way). My property is conveniently connected to the rest of the Lower Mainland. Not forgetting that one of British Columbia’s best provincial parks, Golden Ears, is a mere four kilometres away.
My property has a security camera which is on 24/7. My house has an alarm system (not that you need access to it, but it’s a very good deterrent). All in all, your truck/boat/RV/trailer/car/minivan/other vehicle/etc. will all be very safe and secure! And, just to add to this, I live in a very safe area and secure neighbourhood!
*Note that I was quite conservative with the measurements in the description; my driveway is actually much longer and wider than what the measurements suggest, however, I’ll need to get my Jeep in and out of the driveway and (preferably) be able to park it in my carport (without churning up my lawn too much during the ‘rainy season’!) so I’ll need to get around your vehicle(s) with ease (so the measurements in the listing represent the available/usable space).
