Parking on Medley

Hello, I was really very disappointed with my entire experience with you. From my arrival : impossible to find the parking lot or even the owner of the place, neither him or your customer service was able to answer to me, by phone AND by mail. By luck I found the contact of the parking attendant, so I sent him pictures of the car explaining my situation and asking him not to have it removed... I mean you should be sure that the car park owner is present and will answer before adding him in your app ? Also, the house looked abandoned and all the neighbors told me that there was no one at this address for several years, which would mean that your informations are not updated... Finally, I would like to be reimbursed, or a commercial gesture would be welcome... Thank you, Sincerely. Alexandre ZUCCO
