It’s time to pull back the curtain and share what we’ve been working on. For the past year, our team has poured heart and soul into a prepaid parking platform designed specifically for events, and these products are already making an impact.
We’ve been open about our mission, but we’ve kept our successes somewhat under wraps—until now. We’re ready to shine a spotlight on how we’re continuing to transform the event parking experience and why it’s a game-changer.
Here’s what you’ll learn in this post:
- Event Parking Isn’t Everyday Parking: Event days aren’t typical. Your parking tech shouldn’t be either.
- No Friction, Just Flow: One-tap access, no apps, no nonsense — just seamless experiences.
- Say Goodbye to Parking Tickets: LPR when it makes sense, lane-by-lane control when it doesn't. This is what operational flexibility really looks like.
- Driving New Revenue Streams: You already know who’s coming. We help you turn that into revenue — with no added complexity.
- Busting the Network Effect Myth: It’s not about how many users a platform has. It’s about how well it works for your fans.
- Built to Dodge Event Dangers: Offline access, early arrival incentives, integrated entry — all designed to keep the chaos in check.
- Cash Flow That Works for You: Timely deposits. Not “someday” money. Real revenue, to power your business forward.
- A Team That Gets Events: This isn’t a commuter app pretending to be event-ready. It’s built by people who live and breathe live experiences — and it shows.
Event Parking Isn’t Everyday Parking — It’s a Different Beast
Event parking has unique challenges that demand a unique solution. Most parking tech today is built for daily commutes, shopping trips, or a dinner downtown – all predictable patterns with steady traffic flow. But events are different - they’re a whirlwind of energy, with thousands of fans converging on a venue all at once, buzzing with anticipation for a concert, game, or festival. Trying to force conventional parking tech into these often stressful, high-stakes environments is often clunky, frustrating, and far from ideal.
Event venues and operators deserve better. They need a product designed for the chaos, urgency, and precision that events demand. That’s where JustPark comes in. Our prepaid parking solution is built from the ground up and specifically designed for event logistics.
We’ve created a suite of tailored solutions, including:
- EventPass for single-event reservations
- SeasonPass for fans attending multiple games or an entire season, and
- CompPass for VIPs and staff who need guaranteed access without payment.
All of these are managed through our comprehensive Suite platform, giving venues total control while fans enjoy a seamless, venue-branded purchasing experience. By putting the fan experience first and aligning every feature with the realities of events, we’ve built an eco-system that venues are already familiar with using and also means that friction doesn’t even get a chance to creep in.
No Friction, Just Flow
Rather than trying to retrofit an existing product for events, we designed a product specifically tailored for events, meaning any potential friction isn’t just removed, it never existed.
For fans, that means a seamless experience from start to finish. Want to add your pass to your Apple or Google Wallet? It’s a single tap—no app downloads, no account creation, no nonsense.
For operators, our Suite platform empowers venues to manage inventory with precision. Operators can allocate spaces per lot for each event, set tailored rules for individual lots, and even reserve entire lots for VIPs with CompPass.
Want to offer premium spots closer to the venue at a higher price? Our system supports dynamic pricing strategies based on factors like distance from the stadium, covered vs. outdoor parking, and attendant availability. Fans simply visit the venue’s branded parking website, browse options, and choose what works best for them. It’s a win-win: venues maximize revenue, and fans get a customized experience that respects the excitement of the moment.
This fan-first philosophy isn’t just about convenience, it’s about ensuring events are about creating memories, not battling technology. By building a product laser-focused on event-goers, we let fans focus on the experience, not the parking lot.
Say Goodbye to Event Parking Tickets
We’ve spent the last 15 years building the world's leading parking technology for events by constantly working with our clients and strategic partners to solve the pain points of event parking, and one thing has always stood out no matter what innovation we are discussing: a fantastic event can be ruined with a bad parking experience.
Imagine returning to your car after an event and finding a ticket (or one shows up in the mail two weeks later) just because you typed your license plate as “ACB123” instead of “ABC123”. That’s not how you create memories; that’s how you create frustration and a lasting bad impression.
Lately there has been a lot of talk in the industry about a free flow model where cars drive in and make a payment on-site with a digital app. License Plate Recognition (LPR) tech has potential, but it’s a tool to accelerate validation or automatically charge someone with a card on file. Parking tickets are not the answer. We don’t build tech in a vacuum; we build it based on real-world insights from hundreds of venues. Our goal? Maximize throughput at the parking entrance without sacrificing the fan experience.
That’s where our plate scanner and validator capability comes in. Venues can now use our Prime devices to scan license plates (front or back) right in the lane, validating them in real-time when paired with our EventPass, SeasonPass, or CompPass products. No delays, no fuss, just flowing traffic.
Unlike systems that rely on expensive, hard-wired LPR cameras, JustPark can deliver the same results cost-effectively with no parking violations. Our devices talk to each other, without relying on overloaded cell networks or private wifi. A staff member at the VIP gate sees a picture of the VIP’s car, like that black Mercedes five cars back, before it even arrives. (We can also send that VIP a welcome text through our Reach CRM platform if you want, or alert your Premium Seating team that one of your VIP’s just got on-site.)
It’s seamless, efficient, and built for the real-world chaos of events. We’re testing out our plate scanner and validator capabilities at several major venues this year. Want to try it? Get in touch with us, we’re always happy to add new customers to our Beta testing.
When you bring all of our event parking solutions together, you unlock a new level of operational flexibility — the ability to adapt lane by lane, lot by lot, or event by event. Not every location is ideal for LPR as the primary method of validation. A fully presold VIP lot? Perfect use case. A Disney on Ice show with limited prepays? Probably not. Do you want to keep your gates down during a small event? No problem, all of our digital passes products work with the major PARCS providers too.
We call this FlexFlow: the operational flexibility to tailor your approach based on the unique needs of each event. It’s not one-size-fits-all — it’s a platform that gives you control, adaptability, and performance in ways no one else can.
Driving New Revenue Streams
Events have something no other parking scenario can claim: we know who’s coming. Fans have already bought their tickets, giving us a golden opportunity to connect them to available parking in a way that’s light-years ahead of conventional parking tech. Our marketing team gets this, and we’re using the right mix of touchpoints – emails, ticket purchase confirmations, and venue-branded websites – to drive parking sales with precision. This isn’t just about filling spaces; it’s about unlocking new revenue streams for venues.
Every venue is unique. Some control enough parking to meet fan demand. Others have limited on-site spaces and rely on third-party lots to pick up the slack. And many—the overwhelming majority—have no on-site parking at all. But here’s the thing: these are your fans, coming to your event. Why let that opportunity slip away? Our platform helps venues monetize parking, no matter the setup. Whether it’s through dynamic pricing for premium spots, partnerships with nearby lots, or seamless integration with your ticketing process, we turn parking into a revenue driver.
Busting the “Network Effect” Myth
When we started pitching our product, we heard a familiar objection: “You don’t have a built-in network of users.” The conventional wisdom was that without millions of pre-existing users, we couldn’t compete with the big players. But events don’t play by those rules. Fans don’t choose a parking solution based on loyalty to a platform – they choose what’s easy to use, reliable, and built for the moment.
We know this as we have the case studies to prove it. At one venue, we replaced an incumbent platform with “millions of local users.” After five months of sales, there was no difference in sales volume. Even more striking, less than 2% of transactions came from the previous app’s user base.
Why? Because events are different. Other parking tech assumes a network effect matters; however for events, it’s about delivering a solution that fits your venue and your customers.
Built to Dodge Event Dangers
We’ve spent years in the trenches with venues, operators, and fans, learning what makes events tick. We know the pain points, network congestion, logistical bottlenecks, and the pressure to keep everything running smoothly. Here are some ways that we deliver:
Ever tried to load a parking pass or game tickets at an event? It’s a nightmare. We’ve solved that. Our passes work offline, ensuring fans can access them directly from their email, no matter how packed the venue is.
We prevent the dreaded “gate backup” that can sour an event before it begins. No more bottlenecks or confusion about valid passes, our platform connects the fan’s journey from the parking lot to the entry gate, streamlining the entire experience. At the point of entry, our leading access control system, Prime, delivers a seamless experience for both fans and staff. Prime integrates with existing scanning devices for lightning-fast, compliant check-ins, validating every pass type instantly to keep traffic flowing even at peak times.
We help event operators manage arrival times. Managing arrival times is a big challenge for event operators. Early arrivals mean less congestion, shorter lines, and happier fans. But how do you incentivize fans to show up early? With a solution designed for events, that’s how. Our platform lets venues offer perks like food and beverage credits to fans who arrive early. When they enter the lot and are validated through Prime, we can deliver a message via email or text. It’s a win for fans, who feel rewarded, and a win for operators, who get smoother operations.
Cash Flow That Empowers Venues
Fans are at the heart of what we do, and event venues and operators are the backbone of unforgettable experiences. That’s why we’ve designed our platform to solve cash management problems that other technologies have ignored. Standard parking platforms often hold onto revenue for weeks, which can feel like an eternity when you’re running a venue.
Our solution? Fast and Flexible Deposits. We will deliver your revenue when and how you want it (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly) so you can keep operations humming and invest in better experiences. We have built the most advanced payment processing platform that powers our digital products. This isn’t just about speed; it’s about giving venues the flexibility and trust they need to thrive in the fast-paced event industry.
A Team That Gets Events
What sets our product apart is that it’s built by people who live and breathe events. We’ve worked with venues, wrestled with logistical chaos, and celebrated the magic of a perfectly executed show. That experience shapes every feature, from offline passes to fan incentives to quick deposits to our real-time validation capabilities. We’re not here to repurpose a commuter parking app and call it an event solution. We’re here to deliver a product that feels made for the energy, scale, and stakes of events – because it was.
Event venues and operators deserve better than a one-size-fits-all approach. Fans deserve to not be put through a customer acquisition charade to download a pass and they should never get a parking violation.
They need a partner who gets the nuances of their world and builds tools to match. That’s us. Our prepaid parking product is live, our partners are seeing results, and fans are noticing the difference.
