Hold your phone face-up and slowly move the QR code under the scanner. When you hear a beep, take your phone away and wait for the gate to open.

This is a great way top get yourself to the airport and have your own car waiting for you when you get back. I wouldn't do it for more than 3-5 days; it would get pretty expensive. But I liked it and it worked well for me and suited my purposes for this trip.

The reservation process was easy. I was a little apprehensive about it due to other reviews regarding the QR code being problematic. I got into the garage with no problem, but had a problem with the check-out process. The system did not recognize the QR code and the process took a little time to get completed. The QR code needs to be improved. Additionally, I wish there were more covered spaces. I had to park on the roof and there must have been a storm while I was out of town as I came back to a dirty car. The covered parking would have kept my car a lot cleaner. I would ask that management consider charging a lesser fee for the roof.

Comfort of knowing a convenient parking space is available across from the airport terminal. The use of the app was relative easy to use. The test will be when we actually park.

My flight was late and the qr code to get out disappeared. The lady at the Buth did not know what to do. It was a real pain in the butt. If you're on a plane and your parking expires and you don't have Wi-Fi, there's nothing you can do. When you arrive this app does not allow you to get out of the parking lot.

Easy to make the airport reservation. It showed a picture of the entrance with the entrance lane circled. Price was very reasonable. The only problem is when I returned from my trip the QR code was no longer in the app. It showed that my trip was complete. I had to go through my old emails to find it in order to exit the parking lot. Maybe a glitch.

The scan didn’t work from my pre paid pass. It took a while but the person on the intercom made it work.

The QR code did not work when exiting and required the help of staff. Also, the QR code reader is too close to the NFC reader for iPhones — Apple Pay pops up on the screen and QR code disappears making it hard to scan the code.

Plans changed so I had to cancel the reservation. JustPark canceled the reservation and promptly refunded my credit card. This was just one thing I didn't have to worry about when difficult times came around. I will use JustPark again next time I need a spot at the airport.
