Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Long-Term Garage Reservations

On the entry and exit I had to call for assistance to use the scan code. I was told by one of the people that photos of the scan code usually do not work. I was told that on my exit. I was glad assistance was able to assist quickly but still frustrating as they had me try to the scan over and over.

Parking was easy and well documented on what to do but there’s was no (none!) documentation on what do do when you exit the parking garage. Then, even when a parking employee came over to help us, she was unable to get the gate open. She had to get someone else to first confirm our reservation before they opened the gate. I even sent the question on what to do when exiting to your support email address 24 hours before we got to the garage but it was not answered! You have got to do better to keep customers.

I really appreciate being able to reserve parking ahead of time, which makes the process convenient. However, every time I use the service, I have an issue when exiting because the QR code doesn’t scan. This consistently holds up the line and makes what should be a simple exit unnecessarily frustrating. I hope this can be addressed, as otherwise the reservation system is very convenient.

Fairly easy to use. Not a lot of direction or information on the process given. May or may not use it again.

It was easy. The only comment I have is you cannot use a paper copy of the QR code. It wouldn't scan unless it was on your phone.

Code did not work at exit. Had to park on top level in the sun. So I feel I did not get anything from booking in advance. Next time I will park at the $18 parking versus the $22.

Checking in was easy! Checking out not so much. The machine would not lift the gate. Fortunately there was a very kind employee there to help.

It would make it easier to check in and out if machines were working and didn’t need help. Otherwise, great experience

Easy in and easy out

I have used the app 3 times now and exiting the parking garage never lets us out Always have to have attended help us get out! And don't enjoy not being let out by the code! What am I doing wrong. Exiting is not easy! There should be a choice that says exit so the right code or instructions to get out are clear!!! But there is nothing or no choice!
