Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Long-Term Garage Reservations

Your QR code delivery is substandard. First, it’s embedded in the email, and cannot be downloaded into Wallet. I am parking at the airport. It will be days or weeks until I exit the structure. I don’t want to have to search through email to find the old email. Second, the QR code is small and in an odd position in the email, and so the reader at the exit could not read it. I use SFO Parking all the time. You can download the QR into Wallet, and so you can position it for the reader much more easily. Because the reader couldn’t read it, I had to back out (thankfully no one behind me) and go through the line that had a person, who indicated that that happens all the time. So, I paid extra to have a convenient transaction, but instead got an inconvenient transaction. That’s one star.

Used wrong credit card and immediately cancelled, and rebooked with correct credit card. Just Park charged me twice for the parking. Update - Based on Just Park response, and given the refund, I have changed my review to a 4 star.

Ease of use with the reservation and entering/exitimf parking garage

The scanners at both entrance and exit had a hard time read my large Samsung s25 Ultra phone. It'd be better if the scanner was surface mounted or protruded out rather than recessed in the small alcove.

Ease of entry and exit

The optical scans worked poorly. On exit the scanner would not read and we had to contact the on-site booth for assistance.

Easy to set up and scan

Booking was very easy. Directions to parking and entrance to parking very clear. Unfortunately the code to enter facility did not scan. However, the parking support staff were able to provide access

Very easy and great staff

The bar code provided did not work for entering or exiting the RNO parking garage. I was forced to take a ticket to enter the garage and pay for that to exit the garage.
