The scan QRS did not work and had to contact service to get in to the parking lot.

The online barcode doesn't work very good. We had a hard time scanning it when we got there and it would not come up to exit. we had to have the ladies in the booth look us up.

It was convenient to take care of everything in advance. It made exiting the airport (Reno) much easier. I could see a problem with securing a space. As it is, I had to park a distance away.

The QR code did not work. I tried it from my phone and from a copy I had printed out. No dice. So basically trying to use this service was a waste of time and I got to pay extra for it. Will not attempt this again until they get it together.

Third trip trying to use this parking app. This is the third time I have also encountered major problems with the app. Booked a car and used the QR code to enter the parking garage. However, after my trip, I was unable to use the QR code to leave the airport. The airport officials were unable to locate my reservation. The app does NOT work. The app is NOT convenient! The app is NOT user-friendly nor reliable. Please STOP using this app Reno/Tahoe airport.

When we tried to use the QR code- it didnt work. We luckily there was a button to call the agent and she has us print a slip. It was packed where the parking was assigned so I'm not sure how they mitigate that. But we got a spot and all is good. Not sure I'll use it again, may just stick with Uber for the price.
