Remote opened garage in a secure apartment building with a gated and locked perimeter. It holds maybe 20-30 cars max and as far as I know only used by tenants of the building. Quiet and safe spot to leave your car for a few hours or nights at a time. I haven't experienced any damage on my vehicle after parking there daily for almost a year.
Cameras are placed throughout but we are not responsible for any damage that may happen while your vehicle is parked there.
The neighborhood is directly west of dtla and the red line westlake/MacArthur park hub is just a couple blocks away. The 720 bus follows Wilshire all the way to the beach and the stop is just 2 blocks down the hill.
It's pretty centrally located so uber and lyft are easy and cheap to just about anywhere from here.
Entering:
Long term parking: I recommend buying your own remote. They're $19 at a key shop near by. It's common for buildings to use these and its adjustable so you can use it in the future with a different code. I am open to sharing mine, but that's decided on a case by case basis.
Short term parking: no need to purchase your own as mine doesn't get used often. A $15 deposit will be required in exchange for you using the remote but you will be reimbursed upon returning it
