What an awesome service this is…. Great choice of locations. Great instructions for entry. The visible Just park logo signage was very helpful, especially as this was busy central London. The space was perfectly safe, well lit and secure. No issues at all. And a fantastic price too.

The driver's door window on my car was smashed. There's no locking gate like the one shown in the photos, and there's no intercom. Therefore, the parking lot isn't worth the money, and the posted photos of the parking lot border on fraud.

Postcode not recognised in my sat nav...nightmare to find...very little signage...miniscule entrance which almost scraped my car...instructions prior to arrival ie buzz in etc...non existent...only after asking so.eone was I informed I was at the righ place...I spent the whole 2 days wondering of I was gonna get a ticket...I'd never use them again

PRE BOOKED SPACE NOT GUARANTEED
Company ask for precise entry and exit times and take full pre payment. However we were later informed if we arrive and no space is available they would refund us and we would have to find alternative parking. Car park was not named so difficult to find. VERY FEW spaces and not secure as advertised. Find another company

My wing mirror got smashed during the time that my car was left on this car park. For Your Information! This car park is not secure. It is not gated. It does not have an intercom to let you in and out. Hotel staff that manage the car park were rude, unhelpful and full of attitude when I tried to explain and explore this with them. Avoid at all costs!

It was extremely difficult to find the parking spot, and the gate was so narrow that we ended up damaging the car. Despite having booked online, there was no space available when we arrived. We had to ask the hotel reception for help, and they moved a motorbike to make room for us.

We paid for 2 hours parking near St Marys Hospital in London. Car parking was clearly labelled and we found a spot to park in.
It was outside a hotel and reception were very helpful with our queries as we were 5 mins early.
