We found our parking spot easily and had no trouble all week. This was a great option while staying at the Residence Inn Capitol- very close by, and much cheaper than parking with the hotel. We did not use our car during our stay, but you could easily use it every day from that location.

nice area decent value (12 per day would be better once you figure in the metro cost to and from the lot. Also,
the actual space is a bit hard to find because GPS does not tell you that the thru street (3rd) is actually where the parking spot is. I was lucky enough to find a resident walking near by who pointed me straight to the spot.

Space worked out well for me. I was meeting friends at the Spirit of Justice Park -- about 10 minutes away from this location. I felt comfortable leaving my car there for the entire day.

Flawless experience. Great communication by the spot owner. Spot was safe and easy to get to. Very close to our hotel (Residence Inn Capitol) and was less than half the price of their daily parking! I will highly recommend.
