Roger was responsive and helpful, and the garage was exactly as promised. I opted to keep the door unlocked during the 1-month I stored my car there, and it was totally safe and sheltered from the weather. Without snow, it's easy to get up the driveway and into the garage behind the house. In the snow, everything was well-cleared but I was glad to have 4WD to get in and out. The garage door was a little sticky for me; turn the handle and push to open. Would definitely park here again, especially in inclement weather. Thanks Roger!

Roger responded quickly to my inquiries and my car seemed quite safe in the garage. It is a tight squeeze but my Honda Accord fit fine. Great location. I just moved to the area but rented this space for the week before I moved so I could go to work and not worry about street parking. Highly recommended.

The spot was great, as described--a garage with door off street. I wish I'd parked there during my winter trips as it would've been nice to stay out of the snow. The spot is in a row of 8 garages in a backyard; half belong to the owner and half to his neighbor. He didn't let me know in advance which spot to stay in so I nearly parked in the neighbor's garage--the neighbor straightened me out (though that was awkward). But the owner did call me back afterward to clear up the confusion. For others' reference, the owners' garages are the four on the right as you face them coming up the driveway. Other than that, I had a very good parking experience and would definitely recommend & do business again.

It was a very convenient spot for me to park and the owner was prompt in communicating and very flexible. The only issue I had was I was unclear which garage space I could park in but it all worked out great. Would definitely recommend.
