The available parking spot is in a private driveway that belongs to the residents of the home's first floor which is the majority of the house just over 2,000 sqft. Note, there is a small one bedroom apartment above the main home. The driveway is extremely private. A steep gravel, uphill driveway that sits high above the two surrounding home's yards. The top of the driveway becomes a circle that two vehicles park in allowing for generous additional space while still having room to turn around versus backing down a steep driveway. Access is 24/7 and there will be security cameras installed shortly, which I will allow access to via your smartphone. I have two dogs who secure the premises yet you'd not have to interact, as they're gated with 6ft fence giving additionally privacy. Negotiable!
