This parking spot is a good option for a low-cost parking space around Malden/Melrose. I used it to store my car for a month, taking it out for occassional commutes, and didn't have any problems with getting the car in and out when I needed it. The driveway and whole neighborhood feel safe and secure, plus there is a fence which gives a little protection from weather (but not much). The owner was fairly responsive, and as he lives right next door he can see the car to make sure everything is safe and secure. I would certainly use this space again, if I needed to store my car for a low price for a few weeks to a month.
