Very safe and secure, the small and exclusive parking lot is very close to Rupp Arena - home of the Kentucky Men's Basketball Team, as well as the University of Kentucky's campus. The landlord constantly checks in on the lot to make sure all cars have a valid permit and to make sure that no crimes are occurring.
