This is your ideal parking spot, located off street in my concrete driveway on a quiet street in Summerlin (Western Las Vegas). This large parking spot will accommodate a full size car or pickup. Unfortunately, the HOA does not allow commercial vehicles, industrial trucks or cars with commercial signage on them or RVs. As we run our business from our home office, someone is generally at home to keep an eye on things. Many of the residents of the neighborhood are retired making the neighborhood friendly and close-knit. This means neighbors are watchful of what goes on, making it safer. There is a street light and a fire hydrant located at the front of the property, only a few feet from the driveway.
This parking location is walking distance from Summerlin Hospital and Medical Center and a short drive from three casinos and from the Red Rock Conservation Area. As your host, if you are parking here for an extended period of time (over 7 days) we are willing to provide you with pick up / drop off service to McCarran airport. Other chauffeuring requests will be considered, just ask.
