My neighborhood, Lakeside Park, is very quiet, calm, and safe. This is still true at night, and, if it helps, I'll be able to see your car from my bedroom window. The overhang also has lights that turn on at night time.
**The overhang is large enough to fit two cars, at night a blue Honda Odyssey van occupies the right side, so please be sure to welcome yourself to the left side.

The neighborhood was well-kept and safe. Also, I got lost on the way there because my navigation crashed. I called the owner of the spot and she helped me to find the rest of the way. Very patient and friendly young lady. I was impressed and will use this spot again in the future, it was a great experience :)
