Uncovered, off-street parking. Long driveway fits up to 2 cars (tandem) and is accessible directly from N Emerson St. Adjacent fence and nearby trees provide a bit of added protection from high traffic areas. Driveway is fairly well lit at night and rarely blocked in from poorly parked cars from the street. Retail parking and restaurants directly across the street offer short term use when unpacking or swapping cars in the driveway, as needed. Note: Spot is very narrow (common in Capital Hill neighborhood) so please contact me with any questions or to ensure your car will fit. Driveway easily fits small sedans/hatchbacks, but also fits small trucks and SUV's up to the size of a Toyota 4Runner.
