The guidance is very clear and the owner Ryan is very responsive. Overall good experiences.

Directions say you can turn right onto St. Luke's from Comm Ave although it's a one way street, which has the potential to be confusing. Easy enough to go down Fordham and turn onto St. Luke's from Brighton Ave. though!

Owner contacted me immediately after booking to let me know he would be available to assist me if I had any trouble. The directions (from commonwealth ave) direct you to turn the wrong way down a one way street (St Luke's), though only for a few yards before turning sharply into the alley. The spot is a bit difficult to navigate to if you are not familiar with the area. Commonwealth Avenue splits where it merges into Brighton. Check Google maps carefully if you want to navigate here going westbound on Commonwealth... you want to stay on Commonwealth, but not the wide part. That is, you want to stay right of the train tracks here: http://goo.gl/OBALyO If you miss it, you can just go around to Brighton, head east, and turn right up St Luke's and then turn right into the alley just before the point at which it meets Commonwealth.
