With no general on-site parking available at the Fairgrounds, we strongly encourage all guests to secure parking or shuttle options in advance. A variety of locations have been selected, from UM to Downtown which provide convenient access to the festival grounds. Roundtrip shuttles offer a seamless way to get to and from Zootown each day. Whether you’re driving in or staying for the full weekend, booking your parking or shuttle pass ahead of time will ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
If you require handicapped accessible parking, please let the attendants know when you arrive into the lot and they will direct you to the appropriate locations. If Handicapped Accessible Parking is full when you arrive, we also provide a complimentary shuttle from your car to the gate and then back at the end of games. Simply let the parking attendant know that you need a ride, and they will have the shuttle meet you at your vehicle.

You can reserve your parking space online via this webpage. Select your event, choose a parking lot, and complete your booking through JustPark. After purchasing, your parking pass will be emailed to you.
Refunds or exchanges are generally not available. Please double-check your event date and time before booking.
Pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot. While onsite payment may be available, it’s not guaranteed as lots can fill up on event days.
After booking, you’ll receive detailed directions, lot names, and nearby landmarks. Be sure to arrive early to allow extra time for traffic and entry.
