Reserve online via the event parking webpage, select your event and parking lot, complete booking through JustPark, and receive confirmation email.

Refunds or exchanges are generally not available. Please double-check your event date and time before booking.

Pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot. While onsite payment may be available, it’s not guaranteed as lots can fill up on event days.

After booking, you’ll receive detailed directions, lot names, and nearby landmarks. Arrive early to allow extra time for traffic and entry.

Parking for most ticketed events ranges between $20 – $50 for general parking. Some events may have VIP or reserved options available.

Tailgating is permitted in the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena parking lots subject to the following rules:

– Only one parking space per car/truck/suv is permitted and tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle.

– Oversized vehicles exceeding 20 feet will be charged for multiple spaces.

– Alcoholic beverages may be consumed by those 21 and older

– Propane/gas grills may be used, tanks should be in the 5-10 gallon range. Charcoal grills are prohibited

– The following items are prohibited: gas generators, glass bottles or other containers, audio systems requiring an external power source

Accessible car and van parking are designated near the entrances of the parking lots. Parking attendants will help direct guests to available accessible parking.

Space for oversized vehicles is very limited. Any vehicles exceeding 20 feet will be charged for multiple spaces. Buses are subject to a charge up to 4 times the post rate unless otherwise posted. Oversized vehicle parking is sold on a first come first serve basis and usually fills up quickly.
