The Mariners Garage, located directly across from the ballpark, provides secure and convenient parking for both events at T-Mobile Park and nearby event venues.

Positioned just across Edgar Martinez Drive, to the south of the stadium, the garage is ideally located for easy access from all directions—including I-5, SR 99, and First Avenue.

Hours
Parking typically opens 3 hours before the start of each event. Exact hours will be shown during checkout and included in your confirmation email. Guests may park for the full duration of the event; however, overnight parking is not permitted.

You can reserve your parking space online via T-Mobile Park's event parking web page. Select your event, choose a parking lot, and complete your booking through JustPark. After purchasing your parking pass will be emailed to you.
Refunds or exchanges are generally not available. Please double-check your event date and time before booking.
Pre-booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot. While onsite payment may be available, it’s not guaranteed as lots can fill up on event days.
After booking, you’ll receive detailed directions, lot names, and nearby landmarks. Be sure to arrive early to allow extra time for traffic and entry.
