Private driveway on a very quiet cul-de-sac with pedestrian access to the main road. A 5 minute walk to York Hospital and York City football stadium and 20 minute walk to town. Narrow driveway but can also park in front of the house with ease. An extremely safe and quiet residential area.

Really disappointed. The gap between the two houses was too narrow for my car and for me to get out. Also there were refuse bins that needed moving. I contacted the owner, they had forgotten that I was coming and said that they thought the sideway would be too tight and that I would park in the road in front of the house. Although at the end of a culdesac the location is by a public footpath from another road and so on a regular pedestrian route. I was very worried that my car might get damaged.
