very disappointed. arrived at carpark to find it was full, no where was it made obvious that this could be the case when booking. found some premium spaces so tried calling both numbers to try and upgrade but no answer!

The description of the location of the site could be amended to make it slightly clearer as there is more than one ACor carpark in the vicinity. Had the description said drive into the car park of the railway Museum it would be clearer

We did park in a reserved place and when we returned we had a warning ticket on the windscreen. We then checked the upper car park at the ticket explained we should have parked there ( our mistake) Thank you for giving us the warning and not giving us a penalty fine.We will use you again.

I booked a space for a few days, on the first day I could not work out where I was supposed to park, and parked in the wrong spot. I rang the number provided (e mail went unanswered), the chap was really helpful and understanding. The location is great for the city centre/rail. Definitely recommend but signs need improving.

Good and convenient car park, short walk through car park to station. Feels secure. I have used a number of times and will continue to use. Entrance is not particularly clear for first time users.

Very easy and cheap parking for the train station. Access to the station is easy, bit allow a few minutes.
