Hello :-) I have a parking space available to rent in a privately owned estate directly opposite Witham train station.
The train into London Liverpool Street takes 45 minutes from Witham Station so this location is ideal for commuters into London.
Our parking spaces are right next to a short cut ( to the left of our spaces) back out of the estate too, so you can be at the station in less than a minute.
The spaces are located inside the estate parking grounds, behind a large tall brick wall, with a wire fence and the train line to the right and private communal driveways to the left of the spaces.
In the photos I have taken, I have taken one firstly of the approach up to the spaces after you have driven into Templemead and turned left at the end.
The fourth photo of a path lined with bushes is a photo of the shortcut you can take to the left of the spaces, showing the way you can get to the train station very quickly instead of walking the same way you drove in.
The fifth photo is of the view directly to the right of the spaces, and you can see the train tracks are right next to our space so that gives you an idea of how close to the station we are.

We had a weekend in London from friday to sunday so needed weekend parking, needed to be close to station and safe parking ..it was perfect a stones throw away no hassle at all to find and really nice to come home Sunday knowing car is safe excellent highly recommend

I love this space and would like to continue using it on a semi permanent basis, just leaving it free when we are on holiday about five times a year. I have reserved for all of September but will not being using it on Monday 7th as we are having a long weekend away. Please don't move!

I have booked it for long hours because sometimes I work a longer shift or could be called back to work at short notice. Many thanks again. I feel happy that it is off the street and not in the station car park.
