Arrived at the parking bays to find both occupied and no answer at the mobile phone number given in order to have the situation resolved. Had booked and paid in advance for a hospital appointment so absolutely gutted to find my pre- booked space in use. Am currently trying to obtain a refund. First time I've ever had an issue with JustPark.

At the bottom of the estate so you do not have to walk back uphill to access town
