Parking on Ashbourne Terrace, SW19

Good space but spoiled due to ignorant neighbours who seemed to think it's perfectly acceptable to park in somebody else's driveway and block the remainder. There is actually space for 2 cars on the driveway but we arrived to find one occupied by a 4x4 and the other blocked by an Audi parked illegally on the roadside. My wife knocked on the door and spoke to the owner who said the cars were there when he came home and he didn't know who they belonged to and then went back inside his house. So my wife and daughter then knocked on the houses opposite to find out if they knew who the cars belonged to. Turned out they were cars of visitors to one of the houses so eventually a woman appeared and moved the Audi so I could access one of the spaces. I heard later from my daughter that the arrogant ignoramus that owned the 4x4 (with a personalised number plate) had looked out of the door and said "I'm not moving" - so for some reason he believes he has the right to trespass by using other people's property to park his car. So eventually we got parked but then had to worry about whether we would be blocked in when we returned so decided to come back to the car after we'd eaten before going to the theatre to see what was happening - fortunately the ignorant people were just all leaving so we were then able to relax and not worry about being blocked in. So a good space in a very convenient location at a good price, but I feel the owner should be more proactive in sorting it out when someone uses his driveway illegally rather than leaving it to the paying customers to take action.

Easy to find - excellent value compared to local parking. Feels really safe in private cul de sac. Super close to the theatre. Thanks!

Excellent parking space to the theatre and Broadway, it's our second time. Only thing is that price has increased since our last visit.
