There is a free shuttle that also takes you from north terminal to the south terminal and return which takes only 3 mins each way.

Overall it was fine, but disappointing they forgot we were coming and their car was parked on what should have been our place. When we rang the mobile number we got given, there was no answer, but thankfully it wasn't too early in the morning so we knocked on the door and someone answered.
