This is very convenient for Terminal 5. I would use it again. 2 things bothered me about lack of information. Firstly when I arrived there were 2 cars parked and parking between them would block the garage door, I would have liked confirmation before hand that that would be OK. As it was early on a Sunday, I didn't like to call. Secondly, it would have been good to know that it is bus stop 6 for the return journey and also that it goes outside the free heathrow travel area. If I had known I would have brought my travelcard. I hope that you will add to the inormation you send out in future.

Our flight got cancelled back from Paris, calling just park to extend our parking 24hrs, was straight forward and the guy I chatted to, yes a real person, was super helpful and polite, great customer service

Great location for a great price! Bus 350 to Heathrow just a few steps away. The host gave clear instructions for parking. I would definitely recommend this space :)
