The parking area is controlled by security cameras for your car throughout the event.
I am just over five minutes’ walk away from Stadium, Arena and Outlet Center. I am also literally off the main road, which is ideal for exit after the event, which will put you on the North circular road.
In fact I am ideally positioned to avoid the traffic when leaving either the Stadium or Arena to go home.

When submitting your booking please provide me with Make, Model, Colour and Registration plate of vehicle.

Please have the courtesy to let me know if you are running late from the actual reservation time as I cannot guarantee that I will wait in all-day or night for you to attend. If you give a time then please try and stick to this and I will stay in to meet & greet you. If I cannot meet/greet then I will email or call you to advise where to park. If you arrive late and have not had the courtesy to call me or email me then your space will NOT BE Guranteed. I have had this issue before whereby people have arrived 1-2hrs late and expect the space to be vacant. This is my own parking bay hence my vehicle will be parked there until you confirm your attendance. I can and will refuse parking if I am not contacted about lateness.
I have had some bookings whereby DRIVERS have unrinated in the car park publicly and been consuming alcohol, shouting, swearing, talking loudly, dumping beer cans, littering on the grounds. This is a family's occupied block and residents who live here do NOT wish to see this disgusting behaviour. Anyone caught doing this at my property will be asked to leave immediately with no REFUND and if not I will ensure they recieve a parking ticket. Also CCTV Footage will be passed onto Just Park to ensure your not allowed to book via me or anyone else.
Lastly, if you wish to cancel then again please let me know by telephone or email.

Excellent space.
Close to the stadium but far enough to get away from ground in good time. Space is in a very safe area and located in a private parking area.
