I text 1 hour before arriving to alert the owner, only to find another car in the space.I was shouted at by the upstairs resident that it was private property and I was parking in his space.The owner appeared apologising but after agreeing with the upstairs resident I could park. The hedge on the owners side badly needed trimming, reducing the available car space considerably and may damage paintwork on a car. I would not use this driveway again.
