We arrived and there was a van in the space. Tried to call the owner and did not answer. Just park unable to help. Had to find parking elsewhere. Do not use this space!

Arrived and another vehicle was in the space. Contacted space owner who told us to park in neighbours space and gave house number, knocked on their door and they knew nothing about it. Called space owner back and she gave another house number, knocked on their door and they also knew nothing about it. Contacted again and finally managed to get the house number for the correct neighbour, they moved around their vehicles so we could park on their drive but as it was uneven the way they had moved the cars for us to enter meant the bottom of our vehicle was damaged. They then moved vehicles again so we could park in a more suitable space. No proactive communication from the space owner regarding any change of parking, was unnecessarily stressful.

Got to the house, knock on the door as the space has another car in, the husband didn't seem to know what was going on, told me to park in front of the other car, which when we returned there was another couple waiting in the car for us to move, we paid for our car to be off the road and didn't get what we paid for.

Driveway space wasn’t available, although that’s what was booked. Owner moved a vehicle and provided space on roadside.
