I was unable to park in this space! Before arriving I hadn't had clear instructions on what to do or how to get access. I phoned the owner on arrival however she claimed not to know we were coming, but still came and opened the gates only for me, only to see that there was already another car in her space! I will never use this service again. It was nothing but trouble.
