No communication, no directions and no space in the end. Sorry, but it was a real pain and a huge inconvenience.

Dimitry appeared helpful on the phone but should provide a diagram of exactly where his space is as the whole process was confusing. He agreed I should park in a vistor space but neighbours confirmed these spaces needed a special permit or risked a ticket. I eventually found his actual space , it was taken but neighbour let me use hers.
