Excellent spot..owner really helpful and does respond to texts .. Will defo use again for the footy..it's a 10-15 mins walk to the vicarage road stadium.. Accessing the motorway after the game is easy and you can get out with getting stuck in any traffic

If you have a small or medium size car this space is ideal for football fans - just an easy 10-15 mins walk to the Watford stadium. I would definitely use again. The space is probably not wide enough for larger cars. It is easy to find with a satnav, but a bit fiddly otherwise. I had no need to contact Reegan.

In regards to parking for Watford FC, good location, approx. 10 minute walk from ground. Space was not easily identifiable as no number on parking space. Space very narrow, had to park hard against the fence and squeeze out of car other side. On calling vendor to confirm if I had the right space mobile went to answer phone.
