Easy to find; but not secure as the main gate appears to be broken.
Also no instructions on how to leave the car park on foot. This wasn't a problem for me as obviously there wasn't a main gate working, but if the main gate was working then there's no way to leave on foot without a key to the side gate and very little information from the owner.
Space is also pretty narrow, but sufficient for my medium-sized saloon.

I couldn't find any means of exiting the parking area once I'd parked my car. The various pedestrian gates were all locked. I was only able to exit by attracting the attention of a passer by and giving him the car park entry code so that he could open the main car gate.

Very secure parking behind coded gates. Excellent position, only 3-4 minutes via the underpass to the Watford Colosseum.
