I've been parking here almost every weekend for the best part of a year. The parking spot is easy to find and access (provided you have a suitably sized car), the location is amazing and communication is always very fast. I will be parking here for a long time to come!

IN WATFORD FOR SET TIME COURT CASE & LAST MIN PANIC ..TO FIND ..
AN 'ACCESSIBLE ' PARKING SPACE
SAT NAV DIRECTIONS LED ME ..
But no access in busy road
To check / open ( myself ) SHUT GATES
( open ..'promised ' on Ad )
Without
Causing HAZARD to other cars ,& pedestrians to turn towards ..but not be able to 'bulldoze the gates'
WITHOUT STOP CAR ,& GET OUT !!

Yet could have easily ( accessed ) SAINSBURYS FREE CAR PARK in ssme street for 2 hrs !!
I had to choose Iceland / pay in circumstances ..as couldnt be sure ..'2hrs / court etc' would be suffice time

good place to park over night for a small car as mine was Yaris 1.3 litre just managed to fit it in the gap.not suitable for a big car.owner came out to greet and was very friendly and welcoming.i stayed there to 2 days and didn't have to worry about my car getting a ticket.price was cheaper than the parking firms prices.very happy with the service.

A fantastic space to park in to attend any event at Vicarage Road, being a stones throw from town and a short walk to the ground. However, be mindful of the location and your direction of approach to the space in relation to the local roads and traffic direction. Once found the space is sizeable and easy to park in, with plenty of space available either side of a Fiesta-sized vehicle.
