1 Parking space available on a private driveway a stone's throw away from Warwick Racecourse (about 10min walk) and a mere 20min walk to Warwick Castle or Warwick Town center.
Warwick is a lovely town but notoriously expensive to park in especially for a long visit and particularly at events held at the castle/racecourse.
Located a 2min drive away from the M40, this road is one of the quietest on the 'Chase Meadow' estate, as, unlike the majority of the other streets, it is not used as a cut through to gain access to other parts of the residential area. It is well lit, very safe and surrounded by a good bunch of neighbors who all look out for one another.
You are welcome to use the space for a day /evening /event or even overnight at a time to suit you :)

Further to walk than described. 20 mins to the main entrance of Warwick Race Course, not 10. Otherwise great.
