When you see car parking space 158 + 157 + c + C on your right, turn right and you will find 149.

This is a well maintained housing estate.  Most of the flats and houses are privately owned.  There is no road going through the estate.
It is 5 minutes walk from Twickenham Rugby stadium and 3 minutes walk from a large Tescos with a petrol station.

Access excellent. Proximity to Stadium excellent. Egress blocked by police 1.5 hrs

It would have been helpful to know, that all surrounding roads are completely shut after a concert! If you park there after a big concert, you are stuck for at least 1 hour until you are allowed to leave. £31 pounds spent on this - not a happy camper.

It may have been a very good space, however the road to Varsity Drive was closed, and while the security guard would have let us through he warned us that we wouldn't be able to get out for at least an hour after the game (the road remains closed for the shuttle buses). So we parked somewhere else. If you're planning on hanging around after the game it might be perfect. But if you're looking for a quick getaway its not
