We were locked in the car park when we returned! I tried to phone Clare but no answer at the time (I have also tried the next day to discuss this with her). After 20 minutes and ringing lots of door bells a kind neighbour let us out! Unacceptable!

As the parking area was difficult to find Claire, although not there herself, had a friend watching out for us. Great location for Twickenham Rugby as just far enough away to avoid the total gridlock in traffic. Would recommend to all, just tried to book again, unfortunately others also realise what a little gem this parking space is.
