parking on the top decks means using the stairs which are fouled with human urine which does not seem to be cleaned up from one day to the next!

Really difficult to use the app. Spent 15 minutes trying to pay for parking for 2 cars. Would not accept apple pay, in the end had to pay by card.

I parked on the top floor and then walked down the stair case only to find the door was locked at the bottom of the stair well (this is the stairwell nearest to the shops). I walked back up to the roof and then went down a different stairwell which was fine. This was an issue because I had a young child with me. Also a safety issue. I have also noticed that although the Just Park app worked really well at first it now rarely works.
