We have booked several times at Truro with JustPark and been very happy. We were dismayed to arrive this time to find that the car park was being re-surfaced and there were no spaces. We were very fortunate that the Foreman very kindly moved a barrier to create an extra space for us. Otherwise this would have caused serious implications for our holiday plans involving catching our train and plane. We should have been notified of this issue.

No space for me which was very stressful when trying to get my train. And no one answered my many calls to try to organise. Had to park miles away from the station with no street lights, through mud and a building site at midnight which was actually pretty scary. Not the best end to a holiday, had been worried about it for the whole time because I wasn’t sure about where i had parked. To be honest, I’d appreciate a refund. I shan’t be using again.

Panic inducing experience. Arrived in good time (at 9am on a weekday )at Truro station to find no spaces available at all. Much of the car park was closed for building work. On phoning JustPark they told me that the system showed there were 10 spaces available, this was not the case. I nearly missed my train and had to abandon my young children and luggage on the platform whilst trying to find somewhere to leave my car. I then spent much of my journey to London sorting this issue out as I had to leave my car in a different area of the station near the Hertz depot and ask a relative to leave work and move it. Hertz rental left a nasty message on my windscreen saying they had reported me to 'Parking' though when I called them a rep told me the station owned the land outside their depot. Left feeling very disappointed and wasted money having paid for 6 days parking. Have previously had good experience with JustPark.

I paid over £7 to park here but when arriving, the lot was full. I received no answer from JustPark for my money to be refunded. What a scam!
