Large, private, allocated, off-road parking space. Located near the bottom of Eastcott Hill, so very close to Swindon Town Center (1 minute walk to Regent Circus/Commercial Road) and Old Town (5 mins to Victoria Hill, or 10 min walk to the train station).
The space is already in use in the daytime, but is available for rent between 5pm - 8am, Monday to Friday. Weekend hours may be available, but please contact me to discuss your requirements.
Would prefer a long-term arrangement i.e. a rolling monthly rental, for which I can offer a small discount, but I'm open to offers.

Very pleased. It's a private off-road location behind a small block of flats. Communication with the owner was excellent, I was even supplied with photos as well as detailed instructions of how to find the parking space. 5*
