If I could give no stars I would because when I arrived there was no space for me, the owner of the house had two vehicles on the drive when I knocked, they said they haven’t rented their space for years. I explained I had paid and he just continued to act confused. I had to go and find somewhere else to park as I had to get my daughter to her hospital appt in London! I don’t know whose error this was but I paid for a service I did not get and am waiting on response from just park who I have emailed. I am really disappointed!!

Easy and quick communication. Location description was accurate. She has a camera that watches the parking spot and that made me feel more secure.
