Private parking lot on Sutton Court Road, SM1

We would highly recommend this parking space as it is very secure and only round the corner from the train station.We have parked there previously, and would always make that our first choice in future.

When arriving, the parking space designated to us bay 55 was taken up. On contacting the owner he said to park next to it bay 56. We were worried as we did not wont the car clamped. He said it would be ok. Then when we arrived at the station he sent us a text saying it might be bay 59 so from it being bay 55 then to bay 56 then might be bay 59. We did look when picking up the vehicle we could not find bay 59! The good points were it was secure and only around the corner from Sutton Station. We would use it again if in future the owner did make sure the correct bay is empty. He was also helpful trying to sort out the problem, but a bit frustrating having to sort this out whilst trying to catch the train.
