charged me and the parking space was full. I called them they said they don't want to rent the car park today. wasted my time. still have not refunded my money. disappointed

When I arrived the space was occupied. After five minutes of knocking on the door and window (there were clearly people in) an angry woman answered the door and shouted at me. She said she had cancelled the booking that morning (she hadn’t). By the time she eventually moved her car I had missed my train and was late for a meeting. It is cheaper to park in the station car park and there were plenty of spaces. Do not use this address.
