Less than 10 min walk to Surbiton Train Station (17 min train to Waterloo) and Surbiton Town Centre and has great links to local buses, including to Kingston. Private parking space on driveway outside our family home in Surbiton. We don't have a car so the drive is unused and available 24 hours per day. Very spacious (some of our neighbours have caravans parked on their driveway). No codes or permits required. The street is quiet. We have lived in South West London for many years so would be happy to assist with questions about the local area.
